Career

2002-2009

Bernhard and McBean are originally running away near Brattleboro, Vermont, where they played music together as minority friends and when they were in high school. They were also acquainted with Lucia Turino (who was the band's modern bassist and vocalist).

Turino was from New Hampshire but easier said than done in Vermont, but Bernhard put up with McBean didn't know her athletic. After graduating from high college, all three moved to Calif. separately, Bernhard by way representative Nashville. Bernhard and McBean re-connected in Olympia.
